In tropical formation news, Blanca is out and Tropical Depression 3-E is in and near Tropical Storm strength. Venga, venga Carlos. Surfline has an interesting *free* hurricane tracking center up right here, which includes swell windows. TD-3E is gusting 30mph and is at about the 98W lattitude line. He is predicted to be blowing 60mph over near 105W in 3 days, still way too East for us.
