Report from Wednesday.

TD-3E was upgraded to Tropical Storm Carlos this morning. Looks like it is making landfall on the Mexican coast and will bring them much rain. "Too much rain, over paradise."

Don't forget...you too could meet Stuart Coleman all over town these next few days. Also, the Ellwood Mesa people are having some big press release on Friday. It's super secret but must have to do with meeting the June 30 deadline of $6M and asking for help with the remaining $14M.
