Some new reports from our amazingly sunny weekend with a few waves even.

Outfooters, which is Santa Barbara's only good running shoe store, is closing after 25 years. They are having some wicked deals to get rid of their inventory so stop by and get some new sneaks if need be. They are located in La Cumbre Plaza.

Tropical Depression Two-E is just now being tracked SE of Cabo. Looks too weak and too East for turning into a hurricane, but fun to track nevertheless.

The LA times claims that at a median price of $825,000, Santa Barbara has the highest home prices in California. Now get back to work so you can pay your mortgage.
