TD-7E was upgraded to Tropical Storm Guillermo at 8pm last night. It looks like He is falling apart a bit, but we'll have to wait until 8pm to see what the NHC interperts. The good news is there is another area of "disturbances" to the south of Guillermo, so perhaps if Guillermo falls apart it'll feed a new system.
