Those of you who work in city planning or follow this site may remember a sb surfer named justin who moved to san diego county planning. He managed to plan a costa rica trip just at the arrival of this long awaited south swell and was caught on camera at RoverCam on Sunday and Monday. Stay tuned for more pics in the days to come.

Fall is in the air, and with Santa Ana's coinciding with a south swell we could be kicking off the start of fall with a bang. Local spots of course not quite seeing the south from my search for waves today. Reports coming tommorrow for Friday-Monday sessions.

I was wrong about the State of S Surf Movie, it is this friday, sep 24th. My fact checker was busy watching 60 minutes. Apologies.
