Happy Holidays. Four Ventura based sessions in row over the Holidays are here: 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th. Although I won't proclaim this the Christmas Swell, we had multiple 70degree sunny days with waist to chest high nicely shaped waves. Although no mega swells were amped up, the Pacific Ocean has provided consistent energy for over two weeks in a row now. With StormWatch 2004 hanging around for the last few days no new sessions to report.
The Sumatra Earthquake and resulting Seismic Sea Wave have undoubtedly effected things globally. Keep an eye out for what a surfer in these parts could do to help out over there and report back via email.

A backlog of surf reports. Reports from the swell on Friday and Saturday. Although that swell came in smaller than hyped in SB it still offered consistent waves with great shape in good conditions. Sunday was a fun mess around session in between swells, and Monday was the start of our newest swell.
Today is the Winter Solstice, looking foward to more and more surfing daylight from this day foreward. Chris is selling a nice 6'4" CI in the classifieds.

The Eddie is officially on today in Hawaii. The Waimea Bay Buoy is at 15.7 feet at 17 seconds right now coming in directly from the NW. Our own little Harvest Buoy is holding its own at a respectable 10.2 feet at 11 seconds creating the conditions for this mornings report from Deveraux. Some Gulf of Alaska buoys are at 24 feet, making 3 swell events in the water now. With the kind of consistency we are expecting we can hopefully see some lineups in moderation, especially as this weekends neap tides open up new surfing windows in daylight.
