2004 World Champ Andy Irons just won the Quicksilver Pro in France, putting the race on between him and Kelly Slater for the 2005 Championships. Ventura boy Dane Reynolds had an excellent performance in the event, beating Fred Patacchia in round 2 and CJ Hobgood in round 3 before losing to Victor Ribas in round 4 today.
