of Surfer Magazine; Craig Stecyk, surf and skate culture historian; and
Anthony Friedkin, a contributing photographer featured in the exhibition. Admission is free for members, $5 for

Kohner Zuckerman, the real “Gidget” of book, film, and television fame, will
talk about her life on the beach, which led to the book written by her father.
The 1959 film Gidget will follow the talk. Admission is free for museum members, $5 for
nonmembers.
