- Overcast and drizzly on the road, mottled sun on the beach.
- Conditions:
- Glassy. Light winds generating little capillary waves late in the session.
- Swell:
- W swell, inconsistent sets at shoulder high +, some cleanups as high as overhead.
- Comments:
- Surfed a fun offshore rock reef break. Only three of us out including me, two going left and me alone going right. A lot of kelp on the inside and a lot of failed attempts chasing down the walling sections. Made all but one of my way-late drops on the outside sets which usually closed out. Rippable waist to shoulder high fun on the smaller stuff.
