showing potential

- Perfect glass. Occasional high tide ripples off the point.
- Swell:
- Weak NW groundswell, from dead flat to very spotty waist high sets.
- Comments:
- Ulric talking to me last night about how Sands was "showing potential", so got amped for a good swell in the morning. What is "potential" in a sport so full of positive hype? There's "potential" in ankle-high slop. Burn...
Heavy kelp again though not as much as on the Halloween session... and not in the same place. The few waves that came were fast down the line and fun, but too few and far between.
Still, I was the only one out for a while, and that alone made it a nice experience.
