Thick heavy fog, with a brief beacon of sunshine into the cove.
The resulting sunlight over the fog bank edge along Rincon Mountain
looked fantastic.
Conditions:
Glassy but high tide weak. More like C Street than the indicator.
Swell:
Buoys 7 ft. 17s., new groundswell from WNW... waist high.
Comments:
Got tons of waves on my backup board. Thicker and wider in both the
nose and tail, an easier paddle but not nearly as much drive when it
gets pumped.
Shaun Tomson has been out in force the last three mornings, today he
took a little hassling from a 12-year old who probably didn't know who
he was yelling "hey, hey" at.
A fun session for the size and shape, better than yesterday.
