- Warm and sunny. No wind.
- Conditions:
- Excellent, although a little mushy from the high tide.
- Swell:
- Surprisingly good WNW windswell. Sets at shoulder high.
- Comments:
- Much better than expected; not indicated on the wind readings from this
morning. A lot of fading peaks didn't make it through the rivermouth,
but the occasional lined-up and well-shaped set wave did.
Crowd incredibly thick.
