It's hard to give an accurate overview for the entire month, given that I was in Hawaii from the 15th to the 31st. My mailbox didn't fill up with reports of outrageous swell, so I'll assume it wasn't great.The month started off slow and nearly flat. Waves then picked up a little bit, peaking out in the middle of the month. A notable moment from this month was taking out my 7'2" on the 11th on the biggest waves surfed in quite some time.
By far, the highlight of the month was my honeymoon in Hawaii. Waves were ridden, of course, the details should be online soon.
Out of only eight reports, got good surf about three times. Would have taken the longboard out around the start of the month, but it was in the shop. The average wave height was around waist high.
