Not a typical stormy day, the waves almost look rideable.
There is a bit of a warble and slumpish look to the peaks
as they crumble over, but it's not total victory-at-sea.
Nobody out. A lot more rain from this system is coming
through than forecast, and the storm drains are carrying
a lot of oil out into the water... the sheen is visible on
the gutterline as the water sluices into the drain and then
out to sea.
How am I doing w.r.t. not naming the more sensitive spots
along our coastline? Give me some feedback.
It's hard to motivate today. In only five days I'll be
in Hawaii, surfing in trunks.
