Conditions are likely to be marginal. 1:00 pm update: The buoys along the central and northern California coast are beginning to light up with a 10-15 ft. at 14 s. swell. Judging from the travel time down the coast, it looks to land on the inside at around 4 pm this afternoon.
Long range, look for another swell at the start of the week on Monday or Tuesday.
