This month marked the 1 year anniversary of the Surf Report Archive. The surf for the month was fair, with nothing huge and a lot of flat spells between head-high pulses out of the southern hemisphere.Highlights of the month were a great session at Secos on the 5th that I capped off with a clean floater and a fun albeit small night surfing session at Rincon on the 27th. Lowlight of the month was a 10-day hiatus from the 10th to the 17th after a bike accident on the bike path near I.V.
UCSB Parking Services changed their policy for West Campus parking this month; people with A or S stickers must now get a free supplemental West Campus sticker from Parking Services or be ticketed. The lot will now be patrolled 24/7.
Out of 10 sessions, 4 were surfed on my longboard. Got good surf half the time, and twice on my longboard. The average wave height was in the chest high range (when I surfed).
