| Swell: | NW groundswell, 6' at 12 s. underneath a lot of wind waves. |
| Surf: | Sands looked shoulder high+ but totally blown, campus around knee high. |
| Comments: | Howling winds carrying sheets of paper, cardboard boxes and small branches aloft. Totally blown out and destroyed at Sands but the groundswell energy was still apparent. Campus Point looked almost like it was worth a go, a few surfers out enjoying the side-offshore conditions there. |
