What looks like a lackluster month for surf reports was actually due to a long Baja trip all the way down to land's end. We got our best waves in what I think was November, but had some fun times and surfs in this month as well.So, the highlight of the month was definitely Baja. Other than that, got some good surf on a New Year's Eve swell, seeming to be something of a tradition every year. Lowlight was the long flat spell that led into it and would characterize the ensuing winter season.
Out of three reports, got good surf twice. Rode the longboard only once. Average wave height was in the head high range.
