Decent buoy readings, 10-13 ft at 13 s on outer buoys.

Weak looking, better than yesterday, but still only waist
to chest high and inconsistent.

Couldn't motivate to surf this stuff, sloppy with even
the longboarders grovelling to stay in it. Kicked around
the beach for about a half hour.
As I was leaving, Doug got out and characterized it
in one sentence: "Not only is it weak, but it's cold."
I went and got some donuts.
