| Comments: |
Early on a crew of about four of us played round-robin
on the outside reefs, everyone getting their fair share
and very stoked. Waves rolling all the way through and
holding unusually steep and peaky but very makeable
sections. Lips hanging in mid-air begging to be hit
or floated over. Things held on for an hour or so until
the tide started coming in and by noon it was getting
grim. It took an hour or so for me to get a satisfactory
'one last wave in' at that point, but I finally got it.
