| Comments: | The bouys were showing ridiculously out of the west today. At one point I saw Harvest showing 265. Spring Tide is still making the morning session difficult so a post-lunch session was in order. I'm consistently choosing beach-breaks when I should be choosing point breaks because this West along with a bit more size was making for some highly unmakeable waves at my chosen location. A few fun rides which were short and pitching. Most of time was speant gaping at walls that would close along a 100 yard section in about second. Kicking myself for not investigating a spot with more potential, but hey what can you do when the man is bringing you down? I figured MLK day would bring all my little grom buddies out to rip and tear and make me look like a complete kook, but none were there. They must have gotten mom to drive them to Rincon or something. I hope they had better sessions then I. | ||
