Comments:   Today the weather was warm and sunny and the waves cleaned up a bunch. Seemed like there was a little more swell in the water than yesterday but that could of just been because the wind had died down and it was clean and not all mushy like yesterday. The water cleaned up also, just an amazingly different day than yesterday. Decided to wear a leash today because yesterday I tired of chasing my board all over the place on my stupid wipeouts. Started out the session rather quickly with a couple of fun waves. By the time I caught my 3rd wave I'd already had more fun then all of yesterdays session. Got some really workable rights and I also probably had my best left in a few weeks. I've been a horrible hack lately, as if my board suddenly died and won't do what I want it to do. So this was a hack session from the begginning and anytime I was actually able to string together anything that resembled a move I was seriously stoked.

had a great right also, a smaller one that I worked way into the inside. I was playing around with back foot placement all day. Looking down at my feet as I was riding, which may have been why I kept eating it. I think I've hit the wall on this rather long shortboard and I may be in the market for something a little smaller and more manuverable.

Something about surfing in nice clean conditions with sun. It really does wonders for the attitude.
