Santa Barbara Area Surf Reports

Today was 45 minutes earlier for scheduling reasons, so we were there at 5:45am. It was dark. We suited up anyway and paddled straight out. The tide was high. Caught a few slow waves and we missed our faster peak so we paddled a little and walked a little and got there. Bigger waves than yesterday, but bringing some of the dis-organization along with it. We were on longboards which were the right tool, but it was almost getting good enough to Fish.

A few real fun waves, things were starting to speed up out there. Lulls were long but the sets had some waves with enough power to walk towards the nose, and make a few cutbacks.
