Comments:

Bouys were smaller today but wasn't stopping us. Saddled up and rode out to Sands with Kyle. At first glance it looked small and unrideable with too much wind on water. However upon paddling out there were some fun rides to be had. Waves were weird, it really felt like we were surfing on a lake with the short period waves and the sideshore wind putting a new feel on them. The wind was blowing from Deveraux, so an unusual East Wind that was making the waves feather and pitch out in a nice way. However, the waves were small and gutless so this rare wind was mostly wasted. It was picture perfect, if you took a photo with no one on the wave it was textured and feathering like a reef in fiji. Or so I guess.

The guy with the baseball cap was out there again, this time trunkin it. This guy is a rad, a friendly attitude in the lineup amongst a sea of stink eye. This guy and his tribe of gals and girls had setup camp on the beach and were making a day of it, complete with brewski's. Good living on a November afternoon.
